Your Account

All account information needs to be completed including your ABN.  A new account must be established should the ownership of the business change.

Accounts located outside of our metro delivery area will be limited to view only those items offered for delivery to your area.  Arrangements may be made to view all items, including our cigarette catalogue, if you wish to purchase and arrange pick up within our metro delivery area.

Ordering

Orders must be completed by 3-00pm Tuesday (6-00 pm if ordering Swedish Match and Stuart Alexander products only) for Friday dispatch and by 3-00 pm Thursday (6-00 pm if ordering Swedish Match and Stuart Alexander products only) for Tuesday dispatch.  Delivery within our metro delivery area will be either Tuesday or Friday.  See delivery information for the delivery day for your area.

Cigarette Catalogue - Weekly Price Changes for Specials
Cigarette prices are changed on this site weekly between 11-00 am and 2-00 pm each Wednesday. 
For Tuesday delivery, prices are applicable from 2-00 pm Wednesday. Prices are subject to change for any orders placed before this time.  Orders placed before this time will be invoiced at the updated prices. 
For Friday delivery, prices are applicable until 6-00 pm Tuesday.

A distribution fee of $2.95 is applied to all orders.

A payment option must be selected when completing your order.

Receipt of all online orders will be confirmed by e-mail.

Every effort is made to ensure prices displayed are correct.  Any error in pricing may be changed at our discretion and you will be notified should this effect your order.

Purchase

Purchases may be paid by credit card.  There is no credit card surcharge for all items except cigarettes.  For cigarettes only, a 0.75% credit card surcharge is applied.  Credit card purchases may be made by Visa or Mastercard only.  Credit card payments will be processed on the day of dispatch.

Internet banking transfers should be made to BSB: 484-799 Account: 200085570

NAB branch deposits should be paid into Gedsan Trading Pty. Ltd account. BSB: 083-136 Account number: 631812048

All orders outside of our local delivery area must be paid for before dispatch.  Orders within our metro delivery may be paid by cash on delivery.  Payment by cheque may be accepted by prior arrangement.

A tax invoice will accompany every order, fully detailing your purchase and GST details.

Any discrepancies to your order must be reported on the day of delivery.

Delivery

Delivery is offered Victoria wide for Swedish Match & Stuart Alexander products and within our metro delivery area for all other products.  A distribution fee of $2.95 applies for all orders.

Deliveries for country areas and areas outside our metro delivery area are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Allow 2 business days for country deliveries.  Deliveries within our metro delivery area will be dispatched and delivered on your local delivery day.  See ordering details for delivery cut off times. 

Delivery days for our metro delivery area are as follows.
Tuesday: Bayside - North from Elsternwick, City, Inner Suburbs (To Burke Rd North of Monash Freeway and Glenferrie Rd South of Monash Fwy), Western Suburbs, North East and Northern Suburbs. 
Friday: Bayside - South from Brighton, South Eastern and Eastern Suburbs (from Burke Rd North of Monash Freeway and Glenferrie Rd South of Monash Fwy).
